Christine was born in Worcester, England (the home of the original sauce), and she and her husband, David, moved to Pinehurst in 1999. After the move to the United States, Christine continued her career as a teacher of children with special needs, working in Montgomery County in that capacity until her retirement in 2015. Following retirement, she was able to devote much of her time to her other passion: painting. Her subjects are flowers, birds, dogs, horses, and wildlife. Visitors to the Gallery are often delighted to find cards with images resembling their own dogs or horses.
